Policies

When you make an appointment, we save that time exclusively for you and we won't give it away. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation, otherwise you will be charged the full fee for your appointment. In case of sudden illness or real emergencies, we may waive the fee.

Your appointment ends on time regardless of what time you arrive, so it is to your advantage to be on time. You will not receive your full treatment and you will be charged the full fare

You should not get a massage if you are sick, especially if you have a fever, the flu or specific medical conditions.

All of our therapists schedule their own appointments, please contact them individually to reserve your timeslot. It is best to set up an appointment in advance, but walk-ins are welcome and accepted based on availability.
